Do you need to use my water or electricity?
Nope. Our mobile detailing van is fully equipped with its own water tank and power generator. We are completely self-sufficient and won't need to plug into your property.
What kind of services can you perform with mobile detailing?
We can handle a wide range of services, including our maintenance detail packages, interior detailing, and exterior detailing. For more intensive services like multi-stage paint correction or ceramic coating applications, we recommend bringing the vehicle to our shop for the controlled environment it requires.
Can you detail my car at my apartment complex?
Usually, yes. As long as we have permission from the property management and enough space to work safely around the vehicle, we can detail at apartment and condo complexes.
What about my office? Can you come there?
Absolutely. Office parking lots are one of our most common locations. We just need to ensure we have enough space and aren’t violating any property rules.
What happens if it rains?
Ohio weather can be unpredictable. If light rain is forecasted, we can often still work if there is a garage or carport available. In cases of heavy rain or severe weather, we will simply contact you to reschedule for the next available clear day that works for you. There is no penalty for weather-related rescheduling.
How much space do you need to work?
Ideally, we need enough room to open all the vehicle’s doors fully and walk around it comfortably. An empty spot next to the car in a parking lot or a clear space in a driveway is perfect.
