Add the Supporting Mods
You Can’t Make Power Without Fuel
Big turbos are useless if you can’t get enough fuel to the engine. As part of a complete performance build, we also sell and install the necessary supporting modifications to keep your engine happy and safe.
Flex Fuel Systems
This upgrade allows your car to run on any blend of gasoline and ethanol (E85). Ethanol has a much higher octane rating than pump gas, which allows us to run more boost and more aggressive timing, resulting in significant power gains. A flex fuel kit automatically detects the ethanol content and tells the ECU how to adjust.
Port Injection Systems
Many modern cars use direct injection, which is great for efficiency but can be a bottleneck when you start making big power. A port injection system adds a second set of injectors to deliver the extra fuel needed to support a massive turbo or supercharger. It’s a must-have for anyone chasing huge horsepower numbers.

Performance Frequently Asked Questions
Will a tune void my car’s warranty?
Almost certainly, yes. If a dealer detects that the ECU has been altered, they can flag your car and may deny a future powertrain warranty claim. It’s a risk you take when you start modifying for performance.
How much power will I gain?
It depends entirely on your car, the parts you choose, and the fuel you use. A Stage 1 tune on a German turbo car might add 50-80 horsepower. A full Stage 3 build with a turbo and E85 could add several hundred horsepower. We can give you a realistic estimate based on your specific platform.
Is performance tuning safe for my engine?
When done correctly with reliable tunes from reputable companies, yes. These tunes are developed to operate within the safe limits of the engine’s stock components. When you start pushing for huge power on a stock engine, you increase the risk of component failure.
Can I just get a flame tune on my stock car?
Technically, yes, but results may vary. The effect is much more dramatic on cars with high-flow or catless exhaust systems. We can discuss what’s possible with your specific setup.
What is the difference between a turbo and a supercharger?
They both force more air into the engine to make more power. A turbocharger is powered by exhaust gases, while a supercharger is driven by a belt connected to the engine. They have different power delivery characteristics, and the best choice depends on your car and your goals.
How long does an ECU tune take?
The tuning process itself is relatively quick, often taking just a few hours. A full Stage 3 build with hardware installation can take several days or even weeks, depending on the complexity of the job.
Do I have to run E85 after a flex fuel install?
No, that’s the beauty of "flex" fuel. The system allows you to run any blend. You can fill up with 93 octane one day and E85 the next, and the car’s computer will adjust automatically.
